Lockett Shows producers, Al and Shirley Lockett, are pet lovers—actually pet lovers is an understatement. They love animals of all kinds and produced this show in part to teach the community about responsible pet ownership, as well as, the wonder and thrill of nature and animals in the wild.
The Reno Pet Show has become quite popular, so Al & Shirley decided to add a second pet show to the Fall EXPO—in conjunction with the Reno Fall Home & Lifestyle Show—in addition to the Spring Home Show.
And, let's not forget the Pug Parade. The Pug Parade is a kick and is loved by everyone involved—especially, the pugs themselves! Actually, we're not sure who loves it more, the pugs or the humans.
The Pug Parade is held on Sunday, the weekend of the show, at 2 p.m. Pug owners, bring your best friend out for a 'day on the town'. Pre-registration is encouraged, see below.
This year we are going to dress up the Pug Parade with a larger stage and more room for this very popular event. Hope to see you there!
